1. Definitions

  • “Client” refers to any individual, business, or entity using our services.
  • “Services” include but are not limited to digital marketing, website development, social media management, content creation, and branding.

2. Scope of Services

  • We provide services as per the project agreement or contract signed with the Client.
  • Any modifications to the scope of work require prior written approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Payments and Billing

  • All services require an upfront deposit of 50-70% before work commencement.
  • Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule in the invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional late fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required to complete the project.
  • Ensure timely communication and cooperation to prevent project delays.
  • The Client is responsible for the accuracy of any content provided.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The final project deliverables become the Client’s property upon full payment.
  • Chaya Digital Agency retains the right to use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Client must not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our work without consent.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties.
  • We do not share Client data with third parties unless legally required.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Chaya Digital Agency is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns or website performance.

8. Service Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • If the Client terminates services before project completion, all outstanding payments must be settled.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Adilabad/Telangana courts.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
